The tabindex property is defined in the tld for the HtmlLinkTag but it is
not implemented.
Tab index on links can only be used if you already have the focus on the
page, but they can be
usefull to organize navigation between links.

Is there a reason why this is not implemented in the HtmlLinkTag?
