Currently, BootstrapMetadata only supports FeatureLevelRecord. The "kraft.version" feature is stored in KRaftVersionRecord, so it's not in BootstrapMetadata. We can consider to add "kraft.version" to BootstrapMetadata, so we can have all bootstrap features information in it.
