Refactoring coming up...

It's so big that I'm struggling with subversion to get it in, so it will probably be multiple commits before the codebase is stable again.

In short I refactored a lot of dependencies to better match the originally intended modularization. So in the end, everything should work again as normal. :)

Does it also "fix" the tedious build cycle for the assemblies ?
