> Since StateStoreConf's sqlConf field is transient, it is set to null when the conf is serialized and deserialized. This causes a NPE in HDFSBackedStateStoreProvider when checkpoint format version >= 2 because it accesses the sqlConf field for the assert error message. We should store checkpoint format version as a field StateStoreConf directly so we do not need to access the transient sqlConf field.
