[PR] Fix(site): improve homepage responsiveness on smaller screens [iceberg]
Prakash1185 opened a new pull request, #15266:

## Problem
- Footer columns were not stacking properly on smaller screens
- Hero section social buttons were getting overflowed
- Header social icons were not centred
- Navigation tabs was not showing from the first link in smaller screens
## Changes
- made the footer responsive for smaller screens.
- made the header social icons centred
- navigation tabs now starts from first link on smaller screens
- fixed the overflow issue of button in hero section
- added word wrap to terminal text to prevent overflow

Thanks for the feedback @kevinjqliu.
For this PR, I mainly used media queries targeting smaller breakpoints to address the layout issues along with some spacing adjustments.
For a more systemic approach, we could explore using grid-based layouts to improve responsiveness on smaller screens.

Sorry for the late reply. @kevinjqliu
For now, this change fixes the issue using a mainly flexbox based approach, which is also a valid way to handle responsiveness. We can also try moving toward a more grid-based structure to simplify the layout and make it easier to follow.
