The hadoop-runner baseimage contains initialization code for both the HDFS namenode/datanode and Ozone/Hdds scm/ksm.
The script name is for the later one is changed (from oz to ozone) therefore we need to updated the base image.
This commit also would be a test for the dockerhub automated build.
Please apply the patch on the top of the _docker-hadoop-runner_ branch.
