Description:
Monitor adapters are a nice concept to ease the burden of implementing all the monitor's methods.  However this acquiesces serious exceptions that need to be tended to.  It is a much better strategy to rewrap and throw such exception than to ignore them in these adapters.  We need to make sure that all monitor adapters do report exceptions either runtime nested exception wrappers.
