 Hi

How to create the repository after deploying the webapp. We are getting
redirected to a jsp through a link
http://localhost:8082/jackrabbit-webapp-1.4/ in which 2 options are
available - we can create a new content repository or we can use an existing
one. What to do next ?? We have the repository folder in which there are 3
files - repository.xml, bootstrap.properties and a workspace folder in which
there is a blank \default\workspace.xml file. Now should we go for the
creating the new repository option or the other one ? Also specify the
Repository Home Directory to be mentioned there while using any of the above
mentioned options ?? Waiting

No, Java 1.4 is sufficient (see [1]). The (optional) webapplication
and webdav components work with Tomcat 5.5 (and probably with Tomcat 5
or earlier also, but don't have experience with it). Basic requirement
is the servlet API 2.3, I think.

Please tell me the basic requirements for installing the Apache Jackrabbit
1.4 release. I have come across the 2 of them- JDK 1.5 or higher and Tomcat
6.0. Apart from these please let me know the other basic ones as well as the
system requirements. If anyone can provide me a link to the whole
installation procedure guide, it would a great help.

 Thanks in advance.
