To help better manage stale (i.e. cold-case) PRs, we have enabled probot/stale o[n the Airflow repo|https://github.com/probot/stale].

 

This PR changes daysUntilStale from 90 days to 60 days. At 90 days, less than 10 PRs were marked stale.
