With the new changes, Ranger can be deployed in any folder. To start Ranger you need to go to the ${DEPLOYED_FODLER}/ews and run ./start-ranger-admin.sh.
Optionally, if you want to run it as a service, then you need to soft link /usr/bin/ranger-admin-start to the start-ranger-admin.sh script.
