new date for 10.8.1 release candidate

A big thanks to Mamta for fixing DERBY-5121. Please let the community 
know if you think there are any remaining issues which should delay this 
release. I am planning to create the 10.8 branch and post a release 
candidate Monday morning. If you want the release to include an 
improvement, please check in your changes by 5:00 am San Francisco time 
Monday morning.
