The reason is, that the position is relative to the left/top corner of the
viewbox (=frame rectangle). Word sets the viewbox so, that the bounding
rectangle of the sector equals the viewbox, OpenOffice sets the viewbox so,
that it contains the entire ellipse. So only in case the left/top corner of the
bounding rectangle of the sector is the same as the left/top of the bounding
rectangle of the ellipse, the sector will be at the same place as in Word.
