AdminClient: add some more APIs
Add a public create API that takes an AdminClientConf object. Make the
constructors for TopicDescription, TopicListing, and TopicPartitionInfo
public to enable AdminClient users to write better tests.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cmccabe/kafka publicapi
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
