Logs for mail addressed to 1 or 2 recipients, example mail.

System: amavisd-new 2.6.4, SA 3.3.1, perl 5.10.1 running on Debian/squeeze

If a client submits a message using SMTP AUTH which is addressed to multiple
recipients, SA doesn't detect the RFC 3848 header (Received: ... with ESMTP(S)A
...).

Adding two logfiles captured with "service amavis debug-sa" and one mail
blocked as SPAM and checked against RBLs containing the header line with
ESMTPSA. Domains obfuscated in a consistent way, localparts not modified.

"trusted_networks" contains the receiving MSA. If you need any more information
(e.g. configuration information), don't hesitate to ask me.
