Maintainer of the ManagerServlet?

Hey,
  Just a quick question, who is in charge of future developement for the
ManagerServlet?

Like all aspects of Tomcat, anyone can suggest changes.  If you have a
particular feature you'd like to propose, feel free to discuss it on this
mailing list.

That being said, improving the application deployment functionality of
Tomcat 4 is one of the things I'm working on.  On that general topic, I
just committed an enhancement that lets you put your <Context> element
(and all its nested sub-elements) into a separate XML file in the
"webapps" directory, so you can now configure apps without modifying
server.xml.  This will show up in tonight's nightly build.
