Upgrade to 2.1 Error

I just upgraded to Apache SOAP 2.1, running on Orion 1.4...now I get this 
error running /admin/list.jsp:

500 Internal Server Error

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManager: method 
<init>()V not found
        at /admin/list.jsp._jspService(/admin/list.jsp.java:33)
        at com.orionserver.http.OrionHttpJspPage.service(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.HttpApplication.xj(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.JSPServlet.service(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.d3.sw(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.d3.su(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.ef.s1(JAX)
        at com.evermind.server.http.ef.do(JAX)
        at com.evermind.util.f.run(JAX)

What gives?  mail.jar, activation.jar, and the new soap.jar are all on my 
path...always have been.
