Any values for {{.adv_itvl_min}} and {{.adv_itvl_max}} specified in the params argument to {{ble_gap_adv_start}} are overwritten in https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-core/blob/develop/net/nimble/host/src/ble_gap.c#L1437
