Sling Discovery should expose useful metrics via dropwiard.

The suggested metrics include:
* event counts
* current changing status
* details about local cluster including number of instances, joins, leaves, leader switches, properties
* current (local instance's) leader status
* number of local instance's properties
* remote cluster details

This allows integration into downstream monitoring systems.
