F2F - notes

Hi all:

A couple of comments re: the upcoming F2F meeting:

1) We've got a room from 7-10PM on Wednesday evening.  The room is "Balcony
A", which you should be able to find on the fairly plentiful hotel maps.
After 10PM, we can continue the meeting in the room if they'll let us stay,
or adjourn to someone's room or the hotel lobby/bar.  We'll have a flipchart
which we can keep, so if we want to continue afterwards or on Thursday
morning, we'll be able to have notes/diagrams with us.

2) I confirmed that it is fine for people who are not registered with the
conference to attend the meeting.  So if you're just coming in for this, you
don't have to actually register if you don't want to.
