scarab installation back to werken.com

I have transferred the scarab installation to

I will see about getting an apache address for that.  Please let me know
if performance is better.  I did not notice a big improvement over
nagoya when nagoya was at its best, but hopefully it will be more
consistent.  The lost sessions were definitely getting to be a problem. 
I don't know why they were being lost, but I did not have time to
diagnose it.  I'm hoping the problem is improved by the move.  At least
in the new location scarab has its own jvm/tomcat, so I won't be able to
blame anyone else if it continues to be an issue.
