Description:
replacing javadoc annotations with Java 5 annotations will improve the build process, like it has been done for [Plexus annotations|http://plexus.codehaus.org/plexus-containers/plexus-component-annotations/]
notice that goal/parameter description, since and deprecated texts will remain in plain javadoc
