I pushed a memory change to the tomcat con figs this afternoon, I'm not sure what you're running, I wonder if it would help. It basically raised the memory limit per the instruction given by javelin branch. Or maybe this is hurting by causing you to swap. Can you confirm what the last commit was on the build you are running?
