   I spent some time investigating `GarbageCollectWALIT`, and it appears that WALs are simply no longer removed by accumulo-gc after recovery. This may be related to the metadata changes in #1174
   Although I haven't verified, it seems probable that the other tests are the result of similar breakages in the way metadata tables are queried internally.
