FOP support in SAXON 5.0 (was Fw: SAXON 5.0 is available)

Anyone interested in getting SAXON 5.0 to support the changes to FOP's
interface? I'm sure Mike would love it if someone just provided him a patch.

The previous version of SAXON could invoke FOP but with the old interface.
