I am closing this message because changes have been made to MimeMessageWrapper 
that should cause less parsing and more streaming.  If this error is ever 
reproduced, please capture a test message that causes it.

I'm marking it as INVALID rather than FIXED only because we don't have a test 
case to verify that the fix covered this specific one, although I believe that 
it should, not because this wasn't a reasonable report.

Thanks for the report.  I just made an additional change in MimeMessageWrapper 
specifically due to this report.
