how can i find PMC Chair for a incubator project
Hi Mentors,
I'm a member of project "incubator-eagle", I need to find PMC Chair to
grant the administrative access to my committer account, so that i can
create new CI jobs on builds.apache.org -- the Jenkins service of apache.
However, talking to our teammates, we don't have a role of PMC Chair for
our project. So, i send this email to ask, in such case, whom shall i
contact to ask for granting the administrative access on my ASF account,
please? Thanks.
Or is there any type of Jira ticket i can file?

Hi team,
I'm looking for the team/person who are entitled to grant administrative
access to a committer account so that the account can create new CI jobs on
apache jenkins at builds.apache.org. I was directed to this mail list,
could you let me know if i can ask for your help, please? Thanks!

This is something to ask of your mentors.
Removing dev@comm (bcc) and moving to general. they can either grant or
ask for karma on private MLs.
