1、create timeseries root.sg.d.s1 with datatype=FLOAT encoding=RLE compressor=SNAPPY
2、alter timeseries root.sg.d.s1 add tags description=oldValue this timeseries MeasurementMNode will changeOffset() and wirte mlog
3、restart server
4、this timeseries MeasurementMNode offset will recover by mlog,but the tagIndex is not recover
