   ### Describe the enhancement requested
   
   The HTTP server example at [`arrow-experiments/http/get_simple/python/server`](https://github.com/apache/arrow-experiments/tree/main/http/get_simple/python/server) uses Python's built in `http.server` which lacks many important features and is not recommended for production use. We should create another simple Python HTTP server example using FastAPI.
