[RESULT] [VOTE] Release 2.36.0, release candidate #3

I'm happy to announce that we have unanimously approved this release.

There are 6 approving votes, 5 of which are binding:

* Ahmet Altay (binding)
* Reuven Lax (binding)
* Kenneth Knowles (binding)
* Robert Bradshaw (binding)
