French support

Hi,

In order to avoid duplicating works, we would like to know if you are aware
of someone already working on supporting "French" for your excellent Search
Engine ?

Hello,

Yes, somebody has already done that.  The contribution is hidden in the
mailing list archives, and we plan on merging it into Lucene in one of
the future releases.
