The following error message is displayed multiple times on startup:

"ZoneInfo: C:\j2sdk1.4.1\lib\zi\ZoneInfoMappings (The system cannot find the 
path specified)"

Tomcat should be looking under: "C:\j2sdk1.4.1\jre\lib\zi"
                                               ^^^^
(the "jre" part of the path is missing).
