After a task has completed (in this case, with the Chronos framework) the sandbox link does not always point to the correct sandbox. 

It often appears to point to a much older sandbox. You can tell in the URL that the run hash (eg., c66b65e6-1861-4b7b-8ea5-696ab62bb575) is always the same no matter which sandbox link you click on, this is observed to be different than that hash from the sandbox link when it was running.

Somewhat unrelated, this table would benefit greatly from a sortable, readable date/time field.
