I have added a test file in a neutral format in revision 1449905, which is used to drive a new TestDataFileEntries test in the openddr/java module.

See [1] for the test data file, which includes comments to describe its format.

It has just two entries for now but we can flesh it out if someone wants to donate similar test data. The test data file can then also be used for the csharp implementation.
