Tomcat4.0.4 and Apache2.0.39 Mod_JK error

Hi,
I am connecting tomcat4.0.4 with apache2.0.39 with
mod_jk, on windows 2000 server, i donwloaded mod_jk
from 
http://www.acg-gmbh.de/mod_jk/
I am able to connect to tomcat from apache buti get
keeping the following errors in mod_jk.log file, 
So what is the reason, and how do i get rid of these
messages.
[jk_connect.c (151)]: jk_open_socket, connect() failed
errno = 61
[jk_ajp_common.c (599)]: In
jk_endpoint_t::ajp_connect_to_endpoint, failed errno =
61
[jk_ajp_common.c (933)]: Error ajp_process_callback -
write failed
