If you're comfortable building Debian packages, just:
dget http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xml-security-c/xml-security-c_1.7.0-1.dsc
and use the Debian source package from experimental. Make sure you've
installed all of its Build-Depends.

Is this?
ubuntu@ip-10-0-1-101:/3rdparty/xml-security-c-1.7.0$ sudo apt-get install
libssl-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libssl-dev is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 27 not upgraded.
ubuntu@ip-10-0-1-101:/3rdparty/xml-security-c-1.7.0$
Thaks

No, you have libcrypto++, which is not part of OpenSSL and not the one that
the script is referring to.
