newbie question on adding stylesheet to tutorial border application!

Hi, 
 
Can some one on list help me to add a stylesheet file on the border application of the tutorial?
 
In the tutorial, shell component provides the title of the header. How can I make it to provide stylesheet as well?  The stylesheet file can be included as static-binding (dynamic binding is not required?).
 
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
