Cocoon Release 2.1M3

Although I'm not that happy with the current situation, 
I will do a M3 tomorrow morning.
In order to get a 2.1 out sometime this year, I will do
the 2.1beta1 on July, 14th regardless of the status at
that time :)

I think this is a fair deal between release it now and
wait for the fom.

Fair enough - if FOM is not completely ready for 2.1, nothing prevents 
us from doing a 2.2 release once it is ready.
