[RESULT][VOTE] Airflow Providers - release of 2021-05-01

Hello,

Apache Airflow Providers (based on RC1) have been accepted.

4 “+1” binding votes received:
- Jarek Potiuk  (binding)

Additionally a lot of the changes were tested as captured here:
