delete (destroy) a repository content

is it (and if yes, how) possible to delete repository contents
completely, without exporting and reimporting the whole repository
contents?

application scenario:
throw away old (not any more needed) project resp. source trees.

That feature is called 'svn obliterate'.  And it does not yet exist.
