I am running the jar file which works when it start with an empty database. That is all migrations run well.

But When I stop and start the jar file again, it throws migration error of Duplicate column.

I built the war file and deployed to tomcat, checked the logs same.

Steps:

Download 

https://github.com/apache/fineract/archive/refs/tags/1.6.0.tar.gz
 # ./gradlew clean bootJar
 # create database `fineract_tenants`
 # create database `fineract_default`
 # java -jar fineract-provider.jar

Stop the jar application

 Re-run step 4 above, check logs.
