Google soc students

The Google summer of code proposals from Ramin Moazeni and Ravinder 
Reddy for converting tests to Junit and fixing Derby bugs were accepted.  

Congratulations Ramin and Ravinder  and thank you for joining the effort 
to maintain and improve the quality of the existing  Derby code.  I am 
looking forward, as I am sure is the whole community,  in working with 
you both.
