[RFP] Creating the 1.3a2 webapp

Since we're nearing 1.3a2 release and we have a lot of new functionalities to
show off, I think it would be worthwhile to create a new default webapp, perhaps
a little more complex that the one used by 1.3a1.

The catch is that I'm a bit short both on ideas and time to think properly about 
it so if anybody has some useful subjections (and possibly some templates/psml),
they are very welcome... :)
