how to select, zoom, rectangle, move images svg

hello users,
I are developing application with cocoon and svg

some users can help me with examples of
javascript of functions for operate the images or maps
display in the web with svg.

By example with mouse to mover maps, zoom on map,
select an area, click area, etc..
