New tasks GUnzip and Untar

Two new tasks for those (like me) using tar.gz and not .zip.

This is a "diff" and not a "cvs diff" output as I couldn't get CVS to
recognize the new files (tried cvs diff -u -N with no success). Does
anybody know how it should have been done?
