To make use of new bundle Sling Metrics it needs to be added to launchpad. For this 2 bundles would be needed

# io.dropwizard.metrics/metrics-core/3.1.0
# org.apache.sling/org.apache.sling.commons.metrics/0.0.1-SNAPSHOT
