Sending Attachment with Message

Hi all.
Has anyone succeed with loopProcessor which sends a Message with attachment in the sample directory? 
Using RPC Call to invoke a remote method with a attachment in the Parameter works well. But the loopProcessor using Message with attachment doesn't seem to work. 
Anyone got solution?
