Doc 2.0 Missing files
Why does the snapshot of Doc 2.0 doesn't contain the files
"http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/misc/tutorials.html"
and "http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/misc/fin_wait_2.html"?

You're using the wrong snapshot (as said already several times). Those files
are deprecated and were removed in 2.1 (which is the CVS HEAD of the
httpd-2.0 repository).
