Confluence off-line editor?

Hi devs,
Does someone know if there is an off-line editor for confluence (Eclipse
plugin, standalone app, etc..)?

I haven't tried it but there's an emacs mode at 
http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs-zh/ConfluenceMode

Emacs, it's not just an editor its a way of life.
