pulsar-java-contrib.git: Error while running github feature from etcd-metadata-store-plugin:.asf.yaml

An error occurred while processing the github feature in .asf.yaml: 

when expecting a sequence
found a blank string
  in "pulsar-java-contrib.git/.asf.yaml::github", line 25, column 1:
            # strict means "Require  ... 
    ^ (line: 25)
