Committed prototype for this feature, taking into account the lessons learned from deltaspike WindowScope. There is still some review left to do, but for now the code is good enough. There is a clear separation for CDI code, so the jars will still work even if there is no CDI enabled. Two different implementations were done: one using CDI and other without CDI.
